1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Nass Foods website, mobile application or by purchasing from any of our channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
2. Products & availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product information, imagery and pricing accurately, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to withdraw or substitute products without prior notice.
3. Orders & payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- Prices are quoted in Bahraini Dinars (BHD), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on location, weather and operational conditions. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns & refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, expired or incorrectly delivered. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to initiate a refund or replacement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Nass Foods website and app — including logos, text, images, brand assets and software — is the property of Nass Foods W.L.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nass Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, app or services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
